Could you please set up reports so that they can be exported to Excel.

We would like to be able to run a variance report with actuals to a date and then select whether the plan we are reporting against is either the working plan or one of the saved baselines. This is an important ability to have to as variance reports are required for multiple different reason, such as to meet banking covenants and advisory board meetings.

Would be good to be able to run consolidated reports for multiple farms or accounts. Cheers

Would like to delete now defunct (inactive) bank account as it shows up in various reports and can not get rid of It. Annoying

Be able to calculate change in stock values via a herd scheme system as opposed to NSC

Having the ability to email the debtors statement directly instead of having to save it and then send it manually via email.

Hi there, would be awesome to have an uncoded transaction report that we can download and send to clients, which has a space to write what the transaction is and a separate spot for the client to write the quantity, if it is a livestock transaction.

Please can you consider an additional quantity column and also consider so that can sort by report on a secondary unit eg we might have bought 100 Round Grass silage bales@240kgdm per bale and we can put the bale units purchased as 100 for quantity 1 column and in quantity2 column we can put 24 for the total tons dry matter purchased. This feature can be used for many other items purchased or sold that would be able to be simply illustrated counted with a secondary quantity.

Ability to view transactions in variance report to see where difference is without having to exit the report and ability to add note for explanation of difference of values

I would really like to generate a report from farm focus where I choose accounts I am wanting to pay with their attachment so that I can email them to my contract milkers to discuss or check. Under Cash Manager Rural I was saving my accounts to a one drive file and then sending a link to my contract milkers for checking. Now with the invoice scanner feature I am emailing them direct to farm focus. I am finding myself also having to save them to a one drive file as well so that I can send them to the contract milkers. I would like to avoid this double handling and just send the batch with attachments to the contract milker. Preferably I would like to select them for a report to send ( which takes the attachment with it) independent of creating a batch payment.
