Breakeven milk price should really only be calculated using a tax figure based on covering drawings, depreciation allowance, and no principal (unless a bank requirement). Current figure on dashboard could be meaningless if based on inflated tax payments, discretionary capital expenditure and one-off principal repayments.

Thank you for making the changes. The current year does not seem to calculate correctly but the previous year does. Happy to discuss.

You can now exclude certain KPI groups from the break even graph calculations — including Bank Transfers, Assets, Tax, Loan Repayments, and Personal Drawings.
Use the Settings Cog on the Break even milk price in the Dashboard to Customise this.

Can the bank transfers and drawings get excluded from break-even milk price please? Including them does not make sense and makes comparing between farms totally inaccurate.

Can the breakeven milk price graph be calculated excluding transfers in or out of cashflow please? When money is transferred in or out it distorts BE milk price.

Agree with George. Because of Bank transfers our B/E milk price is reported as $38/kgMS.
Note also that we need to remove tax and capital expenditure to get a true B/E result.

also exclude drawings; it does not make sense to include drawings in this figure
