Ability to rename attachments

Any chance of having attachments to be seen as thumbnails pics when you click onto a transaction? (or an option to view as thumbnails like in Windows/Docs). I have just been into one of my completed transactions, and I had 13 separate docs to view. Regardless of what they are named with, I still had to go into most of them to find the detail I was looking for. Not sure if system capable of this, but worth a try asking! thanks

When there are several invoices attached to a payment, often they start off with the same name. Which means you can't quickly identify which invoice you want to look at without opening them all up. Is there any way that we can expand that box that so I don't need to click on each individual invoice to see which one I need to open \?

It would be great to have the ability to rename any attachments in the transaction screen. If you send invoices to Email Scanner directly, they are called generic 'invoice.pdf. IIf you attach the invoices/docs manually directly from the invoice, they may or may not be called something relevant. Currently, (I think) the only way to make the invoices/docs have relevant names is to save into your computer under a file, then attach manually. We should not need to have invoices sitting in that space in our pcs. ie. already generally in emails, and also in FF. Would be great to right click on an attachment in the transaction attachment box, and simply rename.

I would normally suggest you save the documents with a name that is meaningful before you attach them, however, it sounds like you are already doing this. I will keep you up-dated of any progress. Thanks for your feedback. If I have understood you correctly, you are referring to the attached files. My suggestion would be to rename your documents when you save as a pdf, so you can easily identify them by title. Does this answer your query. Thanks for your ongoing custom.

Jane McLennan: Hi Jane. Thanks for your feedeback. Unfortunately I don't think that will be a practical solution. For the process to attach a doc to a transaction to 1. not take forever and 2. so I don't have to save every single doc onto my computer, I drag and drop the doc/pdf from the email to the transaction.
Saving all invoices/docs onto a laptop would clog any computer's space in no time. If the file box size was larger, you could see the company name and the rest of the detail.
